SCHOOL FEE REGULATIONS

1. The fee must be deposited in the bank/school fee office on time. The details of dates of submission of fees are mentioned on the fee book .Cash will be deposited in the bank and only cheques will be deposited in the school office.
2. The late installments with the fine will be deposited in the school fee office in cash only.
3. The time to submit the school fee in the School office is 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on all working days.
4. A late fee of Rs. 5/- will be charged every day after the last due date (as given in the fee book) of every unpaid fee installment.
5. The School will not be responsible for any error committed by the parent/guardian while depositing the fee through cheque.
6. Bounced cheques will be considered a default, for which the parent/guardian will have to bear the bank charges/late fees/both “if any” in any such case.
7. Outstation cheques will not be accepted.
8. For every NEFT/RTGS, parent/guardian must give the Transaction ID and get the fee book stamped by the School Office for the installment paid, to avoid inconvenience.
9. Fee defaulters will not be permitted to appear for the examination/test until all dues are paid at least 5 days before the examination/test.
10. The fee slips (teacher’s copy) must be sent to class teacher on time for the maintenance of record.
11. Any fees paid is non-refundable and non-adjustable in any condition.
12. Term fees includes electricity and water charges, healthcare, games, diary, furniture, books in the library, home examinations etc.
13. Charges:
    a) Transfer Certificate 150/-
    b) Reissue of School Diary 150/-
    c) Duplicate T.C. 500/-
    d) Duplicate Report Card 500/-
